About the Event

We invite you to join us for an evening of revelry, community, performance, and dancing! If you haven’t heard, we will be opening a new training space in SF for acrobatic training, community development, performance arts, and a whole health component for injury prevention, rehab, and health education. We recognize the increasing need in the community for an affordable, diverse, safe, and community-oriented space for movement practitioners, both professional and recreational. This new gym space will meet that need, and we invite you to be a part of it!

We are hosting a fundraising event on Friday, September 20th from 7:30pm-12:30am at The Midway (900 Marin St, SF -  Michigan Street Entrance ) in order to help with the start-up costs of this new venture. This event will have professional circus performances throughout the evening, in addition to food, bar, DJ, and a silent auction. If you can’t attend the event in person, please consider donating to our GO FUND ME page!!! We have lots of fun give-aways as a Thank You for donations!

Pre-sale ticket -> $40:

Till midnight 09/19/2019

Regular ticket -> $50:

Till noon 09/20/2019 after that on-site ticket sales

VIP-1  -> $125:

2 drink tickets + 1 free open-training at the gym 

VIP-2 -> $400:

VIP booth space, seating for 2, 1 bottle of champagne, table service


VIP-3 -> $1,000: 

VIP booth space, seating for 4-5, plus 1 bottle of champagne, table service

VIP-4 -> $2,000: 

VIP booth space, seating for 8-10 people, 2 bottles champagne, table service 

More about our fundraising needs:

While we have most of the equipment available from Cayuga, we will still have many expenses in order to open our new gym. We are looking to raise $40K by Oct 1 in order to cover the following expenses:

  • Tax lawyer, accountant, and bookkeeper for LLC set-up
  • RENT deposit (planning for 3 months rent needed for Day 1)
  • Additional safety lines, aerial points/rigging, general fitness equipment
  • Branding, website, graphic design 
  • State of the art scheduling/booking and accounting software
  • Construction build-out at the new space (bathroom,space for massage/PT/office)
  • Insurance, utilities, wi-fi, cleaning service, etc
